100% SOLUTION DYED ACRYLIC
Our fabrics are manufactured with solution dyed acrylic fiber, a process which adds the pigments before the fibers are extruded, this allows the color to be mixed into the solution thoroughly, bringing the color all the way through the fiber once it is extruded, creating a colorfast fabric much stronger than that obtained by dyeing the thread.
As a result, we have a fabric that is less vulnerable to UV radiation and the guarantee that its colors will remain permanent and bright for many years.

OUR PROCESS
BLISS Citel manufacturing process enables us to control product quality - from fiber to finished fabric - in our facilities.
Before we begin spinning, we make sure that the fiber meets the guarantee requirements in order to manufacture the highest quality thread, which will be the key to the fabric. All our raw materials are subject to a strict quality control in our laboratory.
During the weaving process, controls are carried out to prevent mistakes in the designed arrangement of threads. Besides, all our looms are constantly checked in order to ensure the best performance and quality.
In the finishing process, all the steps are strictly controlled in order to guarantee that, from the first meter to the last, the fabric will have the same properties and will meet the required specifications.
Throughout the manufacturing process, the main objective is to ensure that the customer will receive a flawless fabric. Therefore, during the whole process and final controls, all data are registered, allowing us to continue our constant improvement in all our range.
GUARANTEED QUALITY
WATER REPELLENCY
Our fabrics are designed and treated to obtain the highest values.
Spray Test is used to determine fabric resistance to surface wetting in a scale of 0 to 100.
The different varieties of BLISS Citel fabrics obtain the highest score (100 over 100) thanks to its excellent water repellency treatment.
OIL REPELLENCY
All BLISS Citel fabrics are treated to obtain excellent results in the Oil Repellency Test, which checks grease and oil repellency, and where our fabrics, with the rating of 6, stand out for their capacity.
SAFE & CLEAN FINISH
This finish enables the fabric to be self-cleaning, water slides easily over the whole area, sweeping along any liquid stain that might be on the surface, making its maintenance and hygiene easier.
All splashes, dry stains and spills can be easily removed with a clean cloth or a scrubbing brush.
EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE AND DURABILITY OUTDOORS
For its excellent performance and durability outdoors, our acrylic fabrics are suitable for a long exposure to weather.
MAXIMUM COLOR FASTNESS TO SUNLIGHT AND WEATHER
The color in our acrylic fabrics, comes from solution dyed fiber, which guarantees an intrinsic and long-lasting color, even if you clean with bleach.
Fabrics are classified according to current regulations as 7-8 in the blue scale.
